Shipping and Returns

Shipping Rules:

• We exclusively ship supplements and tests to customers within Australia.

• Shipping within Australia is provided free of charge or included in lab test kit purchases.

• Please be aware that the estimated delivery time is approximately 14 business days. However, this timeframe is approximate and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance and local delivery services.

• When placing an order, your items will be directly ordered from the manufacturer, delivered to our fulfillment center, and subsequently shipped to your specified address.

 

Customer Ordering Tests:

• If you are purchasing a test kit, it will include a pre-paid return satchel for sending it back via express post.

• For timely processing, we recommend posting your test kit on Mondays or Tuesdays, ensuring it reaches the pathology facility by Friday.

• Customers located outside of Australia can find the appropriate purchase links on the product page. These links are affiliate links, and we receive benefits to support our small business when you make purchases through them.

 

Imports and Tariffs:

• International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT), along with shipping charges, will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout.

• International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) costs are determined by each individual country. We have no control over these amounts, and 100% of these costs are remitted to the respective country.

• By collecting these funds up-front, your order will be expedited locally and delivered without interruption. You will not be required to pay any additional fees (no COD) at the time of order delivery.

• The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Integrated Healing House to import the goods on their behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer agrees that Integrated Healing House may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The consignee will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

 

Lab Kits Purchased Through Equilife:

• If you purchase a lab kit directly through Equilife, please be aware that their terms and conditions apply.

• Additionally, please note that international return shipping is not included with the purchase of a Lab Kit through Equilife (Except for USA customers)

 

Returns and Refunds Policy:

At Integrated Healing House, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality nutritional supplements. If, for any reason, you receive a defective product upon arrival, we are here to facilitate a hassle-free return and refund process.

• You may initiate a return if the product is found to be faulty upon arrival.

• The request for a return must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• To commence a return, please contact our Customer Support team at luke@integratedhealinghouse.com.

Our Customer Support team will respond to your request within 24 business hours and provide you with Returns Authorizations/Instructions.

Please take note that this return policy specifically pertains to products deemed faulty upon arrival (Evidence will need to be provided). We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and we are committed to promptly and fairly addressing any issues.
